Woo! 100 posts, exciting! Here’s some more beautiful design work by Fabien Barral, who is one of my favourite designers. I really love his use of textures, ink, and watercolours in his work. I find it all very inspirational!
One of my biggest and creatively, most demanding projects…. When presented with the plans in November 2008, I found it particularly difficult to visualise the end result. The largest piece of artwork is the giant sticker for the 17m glass front of the building… Designed with calligrapher Christel Llop, it is the key to the projects graphic language.

Years ago, before I attended my design course I found some pretty awesome looking wine bottle labels. This was of course before I’d learnt about how important research is when designing, for anything design related. Careful research helped create the base idea for these labels, which bloomed into what you see now.
